About Us!
- Chris Stewart
- I am a certified personal trainer and have been in the business for over 10 years and still love it! I am very passionate about helping fellow moms become and stay healthy before, during, and after pregnancy. I have three adorable children (and planning on having one more) and I want to stay active and healthy to take care of them and have a happy life! I want to help other moms who also want to do more for themselves, but aren't sure how to start or what to do. Come join me and other moms (or moms-to-be!) workout and have fun!

Chris, your family is so cute! Glad to hear you are all doing so well. It's hard for me to believe that Stryker is your *easiest* baby--I still remember what a champion sleeper Brennen was! I can't imagine what easier than that looks like (and I think I'm officially jealous).
Hey Christine! I got your cute card in the mail and I loved reading this newsletter. Fun to see what you guys have been up to. I can't believe Stryker is walking already! Wasn't it just barely that we saw you at my parents' house and he was just a little baby?? Time goes way to fast. Hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas!
